I got a news. It said that an American man found his wife having sex with another man in a car outside his home when he got home in wee hours. His wife then cried to her husband that she was raped by the man in the car. Then her husband shot that man to death in order to protect his wife. While in fact, the man in the car was her paramour. The woman told a lie in fear of her husband's discovery of the truth.

The jury judged that the husband was innocent but the wife was guilty.

I think his wife is too selfish. But the husband is guilty, I think. Does that man really deserve to death if he is really a raper, by the law?

in my opinion, the man was guilty too, because he killed a man. and the wife's adultery with that man was the real reason for this tragedy.

Both of them should be responsible for the case.

As it was the availabiility of the gun that caused the death, any sexual immorality is nothing compared with the immorality of allowing private gun ownership.
