| I find such interesting but simple ways to get sound sleep occasionally and want to share with all of you. Hope this would be helpful to those who are bothered by insomnia. 1. Have a cup of lukewarm water mixed with a spoon of vinegar or sugar. 2. Have a cup of milk. 3. Have some fruit such as apples and bananas. 4. Have a piece of bread. 5. Boil millet and have millet congee. 6. Boil lotus seeds in surgar water and have the soup. 7. Have some sunflower seeds. 8. Have some boiled jujubes. 9. Put an fresh orange beside your pillow. I will have a try, what about you, my friends? : ) |

| me never had enough sleep... however lavender is what always helps me on a long distance flight. I'd also like the ways to remember my dreams vividly |

| I tried to have a cup of milk but I still could not sleep very well. Maybe I should try other ways listed above. Hope it can help me. |
