| Hi Siva, While not exactly SPAM this new member ELISABETH84 has been placing her AD on dozens of unrelated threads, even other member ads for the same kind of service. You might like to remind her of the protocol for placing ads on the forum. I've made a comment on her thread but wonder if she will understand. |

| Christine, Just thinking about all these silly letters. We are getting more than one a week lately. I wonder if it might be suitable for new members to have a delayed access to message box facilities, perhaps 7-10 days after registration. This would mean anyone spamming would have to set up in advance and come back again and again. Does not need to be made public - just not available. If the member is genuine, then the first place they will go is to the public forum. If any of us should want to message them before the cooling off period of 7/10 days we longer term members can ask for it to be made available sooner but I doubtthis would happen often. Maybe some of our other members have some better ideas but I'm getting a tired of all of them as I'm sure many others are. |

| Could we maybe restrict members sending messages to mailboxes until they have a higher rating. For example nobody with less than 10 or 20 is allowed to send private messages. |
