Though the efforts of policemen, a CCB net bank client, Mr. Cai regained his lost fund, about 160 thousand, which had been stolen from the net one month ago. Compared with other clients who lost their deposit on the net, Mr. Cai was quite lucky. In 2006, there were over 43 million on-line bank clients in China, and the volume of the business transaction was over 30 thousand billion RMB. |
