| These coins are repros made be counterfeiters for world consumption. Use a magnet. If it is NOT magnetic it is probably worth several hundred dollars as a real silver coin. But the Chinese have a well developed industry for making modern copies of old coins that look very real. They are confiscated in the millions yearly be US customs. I bought a number of them and they turned out to be well produced fakes made of 'pig' silver. And they include all of the coins pictured in this thread. But they are worth fifteen dollars each on Ebay! |
