Fishing Guide in Yantai?

I'm new here in Yantai, is there anyone who loves fishing? Need someone here to bring me to buy some fishing gears and also help me arrange for a boat to go offshore fishing. Life is so boring here, so if there's any fishing fanatics out there maybe we can get togather and organise regular trips.
