Travel from Yichang to Shanghai

I need to get from Yichang to Shanghai. The flight that I need is booked. But I can get a flight from Wuhan. The cruise arrives back into Yichang at about 2:30. The bus from Yichang to Wuhan is too long - is it safe to get a driver from Yichang to Wuhan to the airport? Would it be very expensvie - does anyone know of a company that I could use. I would appreciate any other suggestion on how to get from YIH to SHA - I do not want to take a train. Is there another airport near Yichang.

yes, there is Yichang Sanxia (Three-gorges Dam) Airport, 26 kilometers away from YIchang downtown. Bus stop of the Special bus line to the airport is at Qingjiang Hotel.

Qingjiang Hotel has the service of booking air tickets.

Know where Qingjiang Hotel is? It is one kilometer away from Yichang Train station. It's at the NO. 95 of Dongshan Da Dao (East Mountain Avenue) Its Tele: 0717-6318888

By the time you reach Wuhan it would at least be 2000. Count on staying 1 night in Wuhan and flying the next day.
