Four kinds of delicious noodles within different styles!
Which one do you like best? ^.&
This is Sliced Noodles famous in Shanxi Province.
Noodles are cut into wicker-like slices with knife. Taste smooth and soft with many other delicious seasoning!

Sichuan Flavor Noodle (Dan4 dan 4 Mian4)
Dry and thin noodles with tender pork, eggs, pea, garlic and shallots. A bit sour, a bit hot.

Although I am a local of Shaanxi, I like rice better than noodles. However, I like steamed buns(馒头).Is it strange?

Lanzhou Hand-Pulled Noddles with Beef in Gansu (Niu2 Rou4 La1 Mian4)
Long noodles are mysteriously pulled from short ones, smooth and chewy. Fresh soup with tender beef slices and other flavors.

i like Qishan Shaoxi Mian and also Lanzhou beef noodles. I cant get to like dan dan mian.

But i must say the Shanxi slashing noodle techniques are amazing and almost theatrical (somebody sent me a youtube of Shanxi noodle slashing =>

Many noodle package in Chinese market. All are OK to make a food quickly. I like these noodles. Problem pork mixture. 15th April Eastern flight was delayed at Kunming Airport. They serve the food for passenger. I did not take their food, rather went to food store near departure gate. They told me, noodle package with Arabic Character with out pork. I beleive that and purchased the noodle. They make it in one minute and they added " Eat after 5 min".
I ate the noodle, funtastic!.
My question-- Is noodle package with Arabic Character with out pork?

try some chaozhou cuisine, i am sure you would agree that's the best foods in china
