Hi there,

Do you like Sichuan Cuisine? Have you ever tasted a dish called Eggplants with Garlic Sauce, also called Fish-flavored Eggplants? It is called Yu 2 Xiang1 Qie2 Zi3 in Pinyin.

There is no fishmaterials and I don't think it has fish flavors, so why it is called like that?
