![]() | I would expect a taxi fare of about 160-180 RMB, depending on traffic conditions. Trains from Suzhou will arrive at Shanghai main train station. There's a dedicated taxi queue in the basement of the train station (under the south square) so catching a taxi isn't a problem. No tipping for taxis. |

GUEST92100 | Just wondering, is it also viable to take a morning taxi all the way from Suzhou to Pudong airport? Will it be very expensive and easy to find taxi? Thanks again. |

![]() | That would depend on what you consider "very expensive". I would expect it not too easy to find a taxi driver who'd drive out of the city on the fly. |

GUESTCARLOS ... | What is the easiest way to travel from Shanghai Pudong Airport to Suzhou? How much is the cost of a taxi? |
Post a Reply to: From Shanghai pudong airport to Suzhou, is there a bullet train?

. May I know what would be a reasonable estimate for the cost of taxi to Pudong airport from the train station? Btw, which station would that be? Is it easy to catch the taxi at that time? Any precaution to take when taking taxi in Shanghai? Tips, etc?
