On April 11th,Banco Delta Asia in Macao announced that 25,000,000 dollars which North Korea desposited was 'thawed'. North Korea welcomes this move and permitted the personnels of IAEA to enter DPRK. According to the statement on February 13th, North Korea should shut its main nulcear reactors before April 14th. But North Korea insisted that US should defreeze the capital which he deposited in Banco Delta Asia. After solving the problem of the capital, DPRK promised to shut its main nuclear reactor in 30 days. but it seems that he could not finish it before April 14th. The US side accepted DPRK's suggestion and said that this is a great progress on the nuclear issue on Korea Pininsula. Hope this issue can be solved with a satisfying result finally.
