It said that Iran has started its underground plant whih is concentrating uranium, to produce nuclear fuel. The document indicated that Iran has owned more than 1312 centrifuges in Natanz plant, which are devided into 8 workgroups, in order to reached the scale of production. It also said, Iran tried to extract uranium hexafluoride gas, and with which Iran could get mass production of nuclear materials. 　UN Security Council demanded that Iran halt its uranium enrichment activities. The Iraq was "totally prepared for fight" too, but you know how it ended, right?
And I will tell you an Indian proverb: "If you haven't nuclear weapons, do not make USA angry!"
I know that Iran is not so easy to beat as Iraq, but it is not wise to show this kind of behaviour. In a war against NATO no one will help them, so I just wonder how they can say that they are prepared. They even can not win against Turkey, I have no idea how they can win against NATO (where will be at least ISRAEL, USA and GREAT BRITAIN)...
It is the same if the Tripple H says that he is able to fight The Big Show + Undertaker + Kurt Angle...
