For those who have owed money for a long time to telecom industry, you must be careful, for the telecom information will be linked with the personal credit system in the bank, and you may not borrow money from the bank due to this.

It is said that the Chinese Central Bank has agreed upon that the telecom fee information will be linked with the bank, and command all the banks and telecom companies to enact this. Jilin province has first carried out the measure already.

Do you mean that if you owe a company money they now tell others? If so this is normal in the west, bank will not lend you money if they know you owe lots to others.

No, you are not able to owe a lot of money to China Mobile or China Unicom company. As long as you don't have enough money on your SIM card, they will stop the service. One situation is: when you have only a little money on your card, you can still have a long-time call which costs a lot. The service will not be stopped during your call, so after the call you owes some money to the company.
