computer shopping in Xining

Hi folks! not sure if you are able to help but I promised a friend in Tongren that I would possibly buy him a computer this trip. Anyone know the best place to check out computers in Xining.
Also looking for budget accommodation this trip, I am not too impressed with the places next to the station.
Appreciate your help.

Shengli Lu in the urban area is said to be the must go IT market if one wants to buy a computer and other electronic products. Anyway, you may go there to check by yourself. ^_^
