English Tongue Twister Vs. Chinese Tongue Twister, which is easier?

The Chinese one is“四4是4四4，十2是4十2，十2四4是4十2四4， 四4十2是4四4十2”; and the English one is ' She sells seashells on the seashore' . Is the first one easier for a foreigner than the second one for a Chinese?

I think the first one maybe more difficult for both Chinese and foreigners!

Let me give you the Pinyin for this difficult town twister:

si4 shi4 si4, shi2 shi4 shi2, shi2 si4 shi4 shi2 si4, si4 shi2 shi4 si4 shi2
