Kunming Do you bypass any of these cities for longer stays elsewhere in Yunnan province? I think Chengdu may incur the longest stay as there are many important places to visit in the surrounding area. Is Dali worth an overnight stay or two? We have been to Lijiang once before and enjoyed it thoroughly! Lijiang and the surrounding countryside have great, friendly people!
