During the men's 110m hurdles event at the IAAF Japan Grand Prix in Osaka, Japan, May 5, 2007, Liu got his fourth champion in men's 110 meters hurdles event with a time of 13"14. Another Chinese player Shi Dongpeng finished the second with a time of 13"24. This is his best record. After this voctory, Liu said that he hopes to get the champion at the 11th IAAF World Championships in Athletics, which will be held from 25 August to 2 September at the Nagai stadium.He set a new hurdles world record last

Liu set a new hurdles world record last July in Switzerland with a time of 12"88. He broke the former record of 12"91 set by Britain's Colin Jackson in 1993.
Congratulations! Hope he can achieve his goal at the 11th IAAF World Championships.
