China: tax revenue takes up 95% of fiscal revenue

Tax officials say that this has provided a strong financial guarantee for people’s livelihood. Reports also show that last year, the fiscal expenditure on agriculture, villages and farmers has increased by 14.2%; increased by 19.6% on educational business; and by 26.5% on health and medical business.
