| A report from central government says that tax revenue of China has become the main source of its fiscal revenue, reaching up to 95%. Tax officials say that this has provided a strong financial guarantee for people’s livelihood. Reports also show that last year, the fiscal expenditure on agriculture, villages and farmers has increased by 14.2%; increased by 19.6% on educational business; and by 26.5% on health and medical business. |

| Presumably the other 5% comes from state owned business. Well, that's what the economic aspect of the 'reforms' was supposed to achieve. Success! |
