When talking about date, we use 星期(Xing 1 Qi 1) or 周(Zhou 1):

星期一(Xing 1 Qi 1 Yi 1), Monday
星期二(Xing 1 Qi 1 Er 4), Tuesday
星期三(Xing 1 Qi 1 San 1), Wednesday
星期四(Xing 1 Qi 1 Si 4), Thursday
星期五(Xing 1 Qi 1 Wu 3), Friday
星期六(Xing 1 Qi 1 Liu 4), Saturday

In written form, you can change 星期 to 周

Sunday is called 星期天(Xing 1 Qi 1 Tian 1) or 星期日(Xing 1 Qi 1 Ri 4), or 周日(Zhou 1 Ri 4).

e.g.

Today is Thursday.
Jin 1 Tian 1(today)
是: Shi 4 (is)
Xing 1 Qi 1 Si 4 (Thursday)

Tomorrow is Friday.
Ming 2 Tian 1 (tomorrow)
Xing 1 Qi 1 Wu 3 (Friday)

The day after tomorrow is Saturday.
Hou 4 Tian 1 (the day after tomorrow)

Yesterday is Wednesday.
Zuo 2 Tian 1 (Yesterday)

The day before yesterday is Tuesday
Qian 2 Tian 1 (the day before yesterday)

年(Nian 2): Year
月(Yue 4): Month
日(Ri 4) or 天(Tian 1): Day
时(Xiao 3 Shi 2): Hour
分(Fen 1): Minute

When talking about times, we say ×
For example, 7:00 =七点(Qi 1 Dian 3)
(Qi 1 Dian 3 Shi 2 Fen 1)
(Qi 1 Dian 3 San 1 Shi 2 Fen 1). But we often use 七点半(Qi 1 Dian 3 Ban 2) to instead of it.

But how to identify AM and PM?
morning: 早上(Zao 3 Shang 4)
noon: 中午(Zhong 1 Wu 3)
afternoon: 下午(Xia 4 Wu 3)
evening: 晚上(Wan 3 Shang 4)

e.g.
(Fen 1) is often omitted.
(Zhong 1 Wu 3 Shi 2 Er 4 Dian 3 Ban 4).

(Xia 4 Wu 3 San 1 Dian 3 Yi 1 Ke 4).
一刻 means a quarter, 15 mins. So 三刻 means three quarters, 45 mins.

(Xia 4 Wu 3 Wu 3 Dian 3 San 1 Ke 4)
(Cha 4 Yi 1 Ke 4 Liu 4 Dian 3), which means 'a quarter to six'.

Yes, 礼拜(Li 3 Bai 4) is also widely used in China, which means 星期 or 周.
礼拜 and星期 is more oral, while 周 is quite written.
