just wanna ask if you accomodate foreign nationals to work in your country. i wanna apply for a working visa here in our country, but is it necessary or a requirement to have an employer first b4 i will apply for a working visa. am presently working here in manila, online game company..

no need to have a job before you come to china.
easy enough to come here on a tourist or business visa. then take your time to look for a job. your employer can then get your work permit and residence permit through FESCO (china gov emplyment company) or through the Shanghai Visa Center. Can check their info at www.visa.cn.com
