Hi Cali,
Thanks for telling us the problem. Our technician has checked the system. It is OK. So perhaps it's really your laptop's problem. Better to have a check. hehe...............

and why do we stick to a GMT -5 time zone?? I have to do mental calculation to add 13 hours forward each time...puzzles me all the time.
