Me and my parnter have found the perfect trip to China this December beofre we book though, we have a few questions about the visa. My partner has a criminal record (!!) Will this affect his application? It his dream to go to see the Terracota Warriors and Temples in his life and it would be a shame if he was to be rejected becuase of this. APAULT Points: Join Date: Mar 11, 2006 Status: Offline	For a tourist visa it shouldn't matter. I cannot remember if it is on the application form for a tourist visa. In any case I doubt that it can be checked. Just apply!
