almost all the expats in China go there to find apartments or roommates. I'm sure you'll find someone to share the apt. with you.And you will find some of the landlords speak English as well.

Hi Luc and Annick,

I suggest you to rent a private apartment near to Olympic squre at August. It is more economic than you rent a hotel.

I have a apartment which has 3 bedrooms, 200 USD per day, 196.6 sqm )

If you want please contact me, my email is hotmail.com|honglizhao5, phone number: 13521289188

Traffic:
20mins driving to the BirdNest, only 7 mins walking to railwaystation .

Living conditions:
3Bedrooms-2 livingrooms(50 sqm)-2 washingrooms-1kitchen-1balcony.
6th floor(with elevator),with all the home appliances, furniture and internet access. You can have a party with 20 people at it’s livingrooms..

I can pick you up at airport with my personal car. I also can be your guide during you staying in China.
The air is fresher than downtown.
Location: Tiantongyuan West district, Changping District, Beijing,100084

GUEST78117 For young/single travellers:

Beijing has tens of big universities and some students will go home for summer holidays then (especially Beijingers). You may contact the students to see if there are any dorms availble.
I used to live in my friend's dorm in summer. it is not perfect but ok for young guys. The best thing is that the students will not charge you and you can find anything you need on campus.

I have a small spare room and an extra thin mattress that you can spread on the floor. Needless to say, I have air conditioning and my entire house is always squeaky clean. It is also right next to the subway lines 2 and 13. If friends or relatives don't come over, I might welcome a new friend to stay for a few days. So keep in touch. =)

I think only the tourist groups can assist you about this. And I can provide you a link to one such websites which gives you the information on hotels available along with the booking assistance.
Hope it helps you and here it is...
