| On March 27th, Ministry of Information Industry promised to cut the domestic roaming service fees this year. This has aroused close attention from those mobile phone users. At the same time, a surgey conducted by MII reveals that 63.82% people think that the high roaming service fees should be eliminated. At present, the limit of the roaming service fees is 0.8 yuan per minute. Some experts say that it should be eliminated because the cost of the roaming service almost equals zero and the users can save this expenditure. However, someone said that we can not immediately eliminate the roaming service fees because the fixed-lines companies will be affected if it is cancelled. Data from the MII show that while the domestic revenue share of major fixed-line players China Telecom and China Netcom has fallen, China Mobile’s share shot up to hit 42.4 percent last April. To make a steady development of telecommunications market, China could only cut the fees step by step. What is your view on it? |

| Since China Telecom, China Netcom and China Mobile are state-owned company, whether whose share increase or decrease, the whole national economy is constant. Eliminating roaming fees is surely good for every consumer. As a grassroot, I am looking forward to decreasing or eliminating roaming fees! Won't you? |
