moving to henan

I want to move to henan in august, could someone tell me about how much a year it costs to live there,( Ive been looking at official pci statistics but they arent that accurate some say 900 some say 200000). As well as good areas to learn kung fu, i practice where i live now and would like to go to china to devote my full time to it.

It all depends on you. You may spend a lot of money, also you can spend less money. Average lving standard of Henan Province is not too high. I believe 2000 yuan per month is enough if you don't go to bars, restaurants, shopping, etc too much.
