I love this fish !! It is so difficult to find fish like this in a Chinese restaurant in the USA. One must go to some of the very ethnic Chinese restaurants in San Francisco, where mostly local Chinese eat, and not American tourists !! LOL :) I took this photo at one of my favorite restaurants in Guangzhou.

Fish, full of nutrition. But I do not like it very much because it has fish bones. Sometimes it sticks in my throat. The soup is good.
