most govt hospitals would have someone who can speak english - just ask for assistance.

I'm a native of Zhaoqing..and as I know, most young doctors in major hospitals can speak a bit English since they graduated from universities. But some senior doctors, they are "experienced" and little chance to learn English during that time in China, so...
