牛羊肉泡馍 ( shredded cakes in mutton and beef soup ) is the most popular among both the authetic Chinese and modified Muslims.

Oh, so delicious, it has been a long time since i gobbled it last time. i must gulp it in few days.

niu2 yang2 rou4 pao1 mo2 is the correct pronunciation.
