Coca is the leaves of coca, a special plant growing in the Andes. Cola, the seed of cola. The drink made by Coca Cola contain those two kinds of ingredients hence the name.

Reebok is similar to rhebok, a kind of animal in Africa.

Cisco cut from SanFrancisco. The symbol of it is the Golden Gate Bridge.

Motorola. Originally, it produces phonographes and the brand is Victrola. When it produces radios on the car, it changes into Motorola, 'motor' plus 'rola' cut from Victrola.

Starbuck, a character of Moby Dick which is written by Herman Melville. He likes coffee.

Coca Cola used to have a coca syrup that was added for flavoring which came from the Coca bean which was a form of cocain. They replaced that syrup in the 1900's I believe.
