New member of community - Wuxi Expats

I'm moving to Wuxi in August or Semptember as expats to start a company and I would appreciate any advice from the veterans, as well as any commiserating from fellow novices. If there is any member in the commnunity who lives in any expats residence in Wuxi New district, I wil appreciate your feed back about life in this area, if there is any European shop (as Carrefour...) near the residence... I would like to know too, about hospital. Because my wife is enclosure, and birth should take place in China (it depends of sanitary arrangments), and if you know anyone in the same situaion I would like to know about her advice.
