Evening, I am sorry I did not see your question from a few days back, in this thread..........Roger,
One that is pan-fried after boiling, Oh, I cannot think out what it is in Chinese. Can you give us the Pinyin of this food? Is it Shui 2 Jian 1 Bao 1?

I do not know the name in Pinyin. I only know that I love these dumplings so much. The attached photo are my favorite as served at a hotel restaurant in Huadu Dist. Guangzhou. :) :)
