GUEST51625 lol, why is everybody so worried about nutrition? Use some common sense. Hair does not "absorb" anything from your body after it has grown out of your skin because hair is not living material. You don't save anything even if you cut it away because it grows anyway.

GUESTMOLLY i personaly think that har hair is lovly ,but i would'nt have my hair as long as that because it would be too dificult to look after.
