I live in the US and my fiance is in Nanning China. Shipping products to Her is very expensive. Can I buy products from China websites and have them delivered to her? Thank you.

No reason why not but you wil usually have to be able to read the Ch websites. My friends but plenty formtheir websites and have had no problems.
