The highway leads to the base camp, about 5,2000 meters above the sea level. It will ease the path of thoes bearing the 2008 Olymplic torch; and make it convenient for tourists who want to visit the base camp. It is to be invested with 150 million yuan and the construction will last for four months! China really contributes a lot to the coming Olympic!
