Clothes shopping in china

I'm going to china this summer and I was wondering what the usual dress sizes shops carry? I'm a size 10 (us 6) which is considered a small in england but obviously I'm expecting chinese sizes to be a whole lot smaller...so I want to know if I'll realistically be able to buy many clothes there!

Yes of course.
You can get just about everything but it is not the same style of shopping. You often see something you like but the shop only has one or two of that garment in stock. Not you colour choice or size. But you'll still find something to buy and shoes too.

Emelda Marcos would be green with envy!

All cities in China not the same, quality varies city to city, every thing available in China, don't worry.

To be honest I found it hard to find anything my size when I was there as I'm a large man, even here in London there is very little choice.
