A sad sorry, if indeed true. A young Chinese man studying in Sydney, Australia has been arrested on the eve of his return home to China, on suspicion of murdering a taxi driver. The young man's English, is poor and he states that he knows nothing about the incident. That he is innocent but there appears to be a lot of incrimination evidence.

Even if his English is poor, he could do the murder cas killing does not need words, only criminal motivation and instruments. Anyway, I hope he is really innocent. He is just a Chinese student......

Still inconclusive. News reports but it doesn't look good. The driver's body has since been found. Murder charges Police said Mr Gu was arrested trying to hide bloodstained clothing and knives at Macquarie University on Thursday shortly after midnight. Documents tendered to Ryde Local Court said Mr Woodger dropped off a passenger in Marsfield shortly after 3am on Wednesday. His GPS tracking system went dead a short time later. Police are attempting to work out what happened in the hours before his taxi failed to stop when it hit a garbage truck in Eastwood at about 5.45am (AEST). Two photographs from the car's security camera show a man wearing a baseball cap sitting in the backseat at 3.17am and 3.59am (AEST). Mr Gu, who had injuries to his fingers, allegedly admitted to police that he owned the knife found in the cab, but denied that the other items belonged to him. Mr Gu has been remanded in custody to face Central Local Court on Monday.
