Hotel in Kunming

I am travelling to Kunming on 23 July and need to stay in a hotel as close as possible to Yunnan Agricultural University, Kunming 650201. Please could you tell me which hotels are close to the university.

Usually, the university itself has hotels and the condition is quite good.
But I don't know if Yunnan Agricultural University has the school hotels.
