I am traveling with a spreadsheet that I created with the help of many of our community members. When I return the the US July 17th, there will be much more information in the spreadsheet.

It is specific to my trip, however, if you are traveling around Guangzhou, Guiyang, and Chengdu (there's not much in there for Beijing right now) there are some things that might be useful...even if it is only the menu taken from the Chinese Cuisine pages here.

Send me a message with your email address and I will send it to you. Let me know if you want it as HTML or as a Microsoft excel spreadsheet.

Your computer will need to have Chinese characters enabled to make use of the spreadsheet.

Yes, Evening, I am in Nanning and leave for the Miao villages in the morning. (July 5)

BTW - I do not know why Nanning is not a recommended place to visit. It is clean and pleasant...except for heat that can make you melt. :)
