Lijiang accomodation

My wife and I will be in Lijiang in October this year. Can anyone recommend an inn or guest house in the Old Town with double/twin rooms that has at least some Western style toilets, some English speaking staff, doesn’t cost more than 400 RMB (holiday season), and is otherwise clean and friendly? (If available, an email contact would be handy too!)

glad to hear that u will travel in lijiang,by the way,i'm from dali,in which is not far from there.
i've been lijiang for many times,so i think i can give u some travel tips what u wanna know.
accommodation won't be a problem,as there so many hotels in lijiang ,especially the guest
houses in lijiang old town.the guesthouse is very comfortable ,clean ,that is so cute,even a
lovely stream pass by your window,and also it's not expensiveit doesn't cost more than 200
RMB each double room in holiday seasons.

I just finish 12 days backpackers travel and back from Lijiang , I strong recommend below Int'l hostel ( this is the best one after experience):

Old Xie's IYH (http://www.yhachina.com/english/hostel_info_view.jsp?hostelid=990230) would be my recommendation.

Do you have an street address for Old Xie? I checked yhachina.com and there are several listings for Old Town Lijiang, so the street address would help.
