A suicide self bomber attacked Al-Mansour Hotel in Bagdad!

At least, about 12 people were killed and 18 were hurt. The victims included six sheiks during the meeting on how to reconcile warring Sunni and Shiite factions. Most of those who attended the meeting were from Anbar Salvation Council which aims at defeating Al-Qaeda. Bagdad police said that this blast incident might relate with Anbar Salvation Council which may be the goal of Al Qaeda. Al-Mansour Hotel house several Western organizations including AFP and CBS and some Iraqi members of Parliament. Chinse Embassy to Iraq is also located in the hotel. Fortunately, no casualty was caused in the embassy. In 2004, Al Mansour Hotel was attacked by a bomb. Now it was attacked again.
