Thus, some people suggest that we should rent a house instead of buying one. Others still believe that we should buy our own house. Last week, a survey was conducted by China Youth. When asked to buy a house or rent a house, about 84% people still choose to buy a house instead of renting one. Those people have their own reasons. They say that no one knows how much China's house price will reach and it seems that the house price will continue to skyrocket. Thus, to buy a house earlier can save a lot of money. On the other hand, they think that it is not economical to rent a house. In some places, the rent is 1700 RMB per month. However, if you intend to buy a house, you can buy it on installment. You need to pay about 2000 RMB per month. Compared with the rent, it is worth buying a house. For Chinese people, having your own house means that you really have your family. Some say that the house is the base for happiness and stability. If you do not have a house, you are like duckweed without roots. House is not only a place where you can live. To rent a house or buy one? It is not a question. Many people wanna buy their houses. However, I just wonder how our foreign memebers in TCG community think of this question. If you are confronted with it, will you choose to buy a house or rent one?
