Have program to go Chengdu with my friend to see her parent before coming Oct'07.
I like spicy foods but these foods restricted for me. I can see and feel sad. Really Chinese food servicing style on the table very amazing.

Chengdu has lots of dish without so much blood and pork.
Ma Po Toufu is one of these you can have a try.
Anothers includes Suan La Tu Dou Si (酸辣土豆丝), Yu Xiang Qie Zi (鱼香茄子), Gan Bian Dou Jiao (干扁豆角)。。。。。。。
I believe you will not get disappointed at your eating in Chengdu! : )
