Buying an Apartment in Xiamen

I am moving to Xiamen! Im going to study Chinese language at Xiamen University.

I want to buy an apartment and would like others opinions on where to look. Any suggestions? I can spend up to 2 million Rmb. Need something really nice with a view.

You will study at Xiamen University?
I think you'd better look for an apartment near the university.
Aparment in Siming District is far less expensive than your 2 million RMB. I believe you can buy a very good one.
