Importing military components from china--difficult?

KRUUTH Points: Join Date: Jul 11, 2007 Status: offline	I'm a little new here, perhaps someone can clue me in if this is possible...I do a little importing/exporting in e. europe and some in SE asia. I've never tried it in china though. I'm looking to import some specific military parts, not weapons, but a few other things(front sights, magazines, springs) is it possible to do this? I've looked at the regs from the US side and I'm in the clear bringing hte components back to the states.

SUSAN205060 Points: Join Date: Jun 15, 2007 Status: Offline	FYI: 1- you need to check whether USA government approve(whether it is in customs import list) to import the parts. 2- If yes, you may operate through trading company on base China's law limit to export the parts you need.
