Thank you Evening, I'm licking my lips right now and looking forward trying these dishes when I'm in Hunan, although I have already been to Yueyang I didn't try any of these.

These are exceptional, so not available every where of Hunan

Lion is right. Xiangcai has different sects.
Xiangxi (west of Hunan), Dongting Lake (north of Hunan) and Xingjiang River Area are the main parts of those Xiangcai sects.

Too spicy. When I have a look at the first dish, I am starting to sweat. Steamed duck meat with chicken soup sounds good. If I could go to Hunnan, I would have a try.
