| Lion is right. Xiangcai has different sects. Xiangxi (west of Hunan), Dongting Lake (north of Hunan) and Xingjiang River Area are the main parts of those Xiangcai sects. |

| Too spicy. When I have a look at the first dish, I am starting to sweat. Steamed duck meat with chicken soup sounds good. If I could go to Hunnan, I would have a try. |
