| Cantonese is the least interesting to me... that is the basis of most of what we get in western countries...though it is changing as the ratio of mainlanders to Hong Konkers increases. |

| Thanks for your postings Evening. They are very informative. We'll be visiting Guizhou in October. I know we should try the kung pao chicken while there but I would be interested in seeing some other local foods from that province. I would also appreciate any restaurant recommendations for Guiyang and Kaili. |

| Hi Mediakzar, I think Kung Pao Chicken is a Sichuan cuisine, not the local Guizhou food. It is 宫保鸡丁in Chinese. I will upload pictures of some Guidzhou dishes and local snacks. : ) |
