![]() | HI there, I'm flying into Hong Kong tomorrow night. While I'm there, I'd love to plan two separate round trips from Hong Kong, one to Shanghai, the other to Chongqing. As soon as I arrive, I'm going to try to get a visa either through the PRC office or CTS. Here are my questions: 1) Any advice on getting a fast visa? Is it better to go to the PRC office or CTS? 2) Will I only be able to get one single entry visa -- in other words, can I only visit one city? 3) If that's the case, will it help if I go to another country in between, like Vietnam? Thanks for the last-minute advice |

![]() | Why not visit both cities in the same trip. There are agencies in downtown HK, which is apparently much more conveneint than going to the PRC Office. You can get a visa in just a few hours if money is not the issue. I got mine in four hours. Best to go straight to one of them and ask all the questions when you get there. |

![]() | Thanks so much for the quick reply! I already have a trip to Shanhai planned that I can't change, I'll have to be in Hong Kong before and after that -- so I'm hoping to squeeze another side trip when I first arrive (July 22-24) tomorrow night... Would LOVE to see Chongqing. Are agencies open on Saturday? I hope so... Thanks again for your advice! Paul |

![]() | When you get to Hong Kong the hotel can take care of the visa for you. Fill out the form give them the picture and request a muliple entry visa. If you do it in the morning you have your visa that afternoon, if not next day latest. I have done this many times and it is the easy with no stress. |

![]() | For the F visa you will need an invitation letter from a business. If you can easily get that, you should be able to apply through your local PSB visa office. Ideally your business connection should help you. If you don't have this I suggest you use one of the agencies that regularyy advertises...some advertiese in TCG. Some contributors to the forum suggest going to HK and the travel agents will fix it all for you, but I haven't tried this. |

![]() | My name is Chris Cookson. I currently reside in Yangzhou, Jiangsu. I work for the International English Education Research Association (IEERA), more specifically for IEERA's China office. My organization deals with, amongst other things, the issuance of all types of visas to foreigners who want to come to China and also to Chinese individuals who wish to go abroad, and related legal issues. It has a great deal of expertise in this field and it also has many advantages vis-a-vis governmental agencies and ordinary visa agents, such as being the largest visa issuer in China, it providing additional supporting documentation if needed, it having close ties to the government (allowing quick and unbureaucratic processing) and it issuing all visa types to just about any nationality and on whichever grounds the applicant may have. Please rest assured that our services are 100% legal and 100% legitimate. My organization will certainly be able to help you renew your visa without any obligations for you to seek a new employer. However, you must contact me as soon as you possibly can, as you MUST NOT be without a valid visa in this country at any time! Please contact me at yahoo.com|chriscookson.ieera and the very moment I read your email I will forward on your case directly to the top of our management for processing, because your case requires immediate attention. Lamentably, however, I will not be available again until Feb. 8th or 9th I hope to hear from you very soon. |

![]() | I just wanted to say that my first post on this thread was in reply to post #4, i.e. to the Indian individual seeking assistance with the renewal of his/her visa. |
