CHINATUCK Points: Join Date: May 20, 2007 Status: offline	Today seemed like hospital day. My friend had to go have a tooth pulled and I had to go to the ER for pain in my ribs. The dentist at the hospital pulled my friends tooth for the total cost of 93 RMB. (about $12.00USD) That was the exam, novacain, tooth pulled and medicine. I went to Zhaoqing hospital number 1 and walked in the ER and was seen in two minutes. The doctor did a general exam, called for a nurse that spoke English, asked for my problem and perscribed a muscle relaxer for the whopping price of 8 RMB or $1.20 USD. It would have cost my friend $500.00 USD and a visit to the ER in theUS would have been a thousand dollars.
