Can anyone tell me which ships allow smoking and where on the ship. Also what is the single price for Regal and President cruises

Dear CHINATUCK,

Generally somking is not allowed in cabins, dining rooms, library, bars and some other public areas, but the cruise company will specially open an smoking area nearly in every floor.
